Empowerment?

This course is not for the faint hearted. This program is for change makers, innovators and ambitious leaders. It is for those who want to dream big, transform it into action and reach their full potential. It is for those who will lead by example, inspire others and have an impact. 

It will test you and push you to ensure that you are living a life filled with purpose, passion and drive, whilst inspiring others to do the same. 

Our immersive 6-month program will allow you to learn from some of the most successful leaders and experts within the business and finance industry. They will share their personal stories, experiences and lessons, which will allow you to fast track your own leadership journey and overcome any challenges as you break through barriers.

The key to great negotiation is great collaboration. The common misconception is that to negotiate effectively, you must ‘make your case’ or be the loudest voice in the room, forcing the other side to agree with your argument. However, this is not effective as it discourages important teamwork and a chance to deepen your understanding of each other. Negotiation is about several people faced with different aspects of the same problem. The adversary is the situation itself, rather than opposing opinions. If you work with people, rather than against them, you can solve the problem together and you are both better off.

Neel is currently CEO of Echios, a communications technology company thatuses Artificial Intelligence to quantify communications. With over a decade of experience in human development, Georgie brings a unique blend of strategic, physiological (somatic), and spiritual coaching, strongly promoting an ‘Inside-Out’ approach to embodied leadership, creative output, and most importantly, life experience.

Georgie works with high-performing individuals from a cross-section of industries, often in transition to new roles, expanded roles, or phases of rapid growth and change. With extensive experience spanning C-Suite executives and other corporate leaders, professional athletes, platinum musicians, and more, Georgie specialises in elevating the individual into their potential; as a person, as a professional, and as a leader.

With a background in psychology, as well as training in counselling, coaching, yoga and meditation, Hannah has a deep interest in the human mind and how we function. Her passion is in empowering others to reach their full potential and breaking through our personal barriers. Hannah has led successful retreats, trainings and events with a focus on deepening our understanding of ourselves.

Mark Anderson

Mark has over 10 years of experience of training and coaching. For the last 3 years, he has focussed his energy in the finance sector, specialising in a wealth of skills including Communication, Leadership and Feedback, Business Writing, Sales and Pitching, Emotional Intelligence and more. He has worked with an extensive group of clients from Nomura, JP Morgan, Alvarez and Marsal, Brevan Howard, Wolters Kluwer, Kingstreet Capital, Credit Suisse, Bain Capital, Natixis, BNP Paribas, Fidelity, Gov Lane, Calixto Global, Baron Funds and others. He coaches executive level leadership teams and helps to develop future leaders to grow into their full potential. Mark brings a high level of energy to his work and is always looking to ensure engagement and growth from those that he works with.  

As well as his corporate experience, Mark is also passionate about the importance of wellbeing and mental/emotional health. He has led successful wellness retreats in Spain and often guides groups and individuals in meditation practices to find purpose and achieve mental clarity.

He is passionate about encouraging people to live purposefully and confidently. His high impact approach is well received on his training where he covers topics such as Presenting with Impact, Performance Feedback, 5 functions of a Team, Inner Ecology, People Ecology, Emotional Intelligence, Meditation and Mindfulness and Executive Presence. 

In addition, Jason has coached over 16,200 students, inspiring them to become future leaders and managers. He also serves as the head of development and as a senior advisor for community based projects within NYC.
